Charter for Charity, Inc. (C4C) is a 501(c)3 non-profit that has revolutionized the charitable aviation industry by creating a financially self-sustaining air charter business that converts its profits into flight hours to serve people in need of air transportation. There are currently over 100,000 requested flights a year by individuals in critical need of air transportation who are unable to pay. Current statistics show that only 42% receive the services necessary. To address this unmet need, C4C has created a charter operation to fly paying passengers to destinations nationwide. From this revenue, C4C dedicates all proceeds into charitable flight for those in need.
Charter for Charity, through its for-profit subsidiary, operates a fleet of aircraft to create a charter service in the nonscheduled chartered air transportation industry. By creating a service built specifically for the needs of the customer (charter broker companies) using a new fleet of Cessna Citation XLS+ aircraft, C4C provides a highly coveted service. End users (customer clients who utilize the service) also experience unique on-board amenities and expert customer service provided by staff and pilots with a servant heart. Charter flights are conducted in support of existing clients of charter brokers. Profits from the activity will fund charitable operations at a current ratio of three to five. As charter revenue builds and funds the charitable activity, each of our selected charitable partner organizations receive pre-paid hourly flight cards.
